I need to know what the terms MOB & FOB mean. If I buy an item from supplier, how about the shipping charges?

Answer
You asked "I need to know what the terms MOB & FOB mean. If I bought item from supplier, how about the shipping charges?"

These are incoterms which define the point in the shipment that the ownership of the goods is transferred from buyer to seller. FOB stands for "Freight on Board” but I am not familiar with MOB. You can review the latest Incoterms at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incoterms

Also, I would like to stress that incoterms and payment terms are not the same. Check out this blog post explaining why it is so important to understand the difference: Tips from a Chinese lawyer about incoterms

I have also included a video and a page which might be helpful relating to your topic.
