This single-gantry SMT machine from Hangzhou Neoden Technology Co. Ltd, the ND4-3108, has a flying vision system and four nozzles. It can pick and place components in packages such as SOIC to BGA and TSSOP to QFN, in sizes of 0201 to 5050 and with a maximum height of 5mm.

This equipment’s tape feeder can process up to 48 units, the tray feeder 45 units and the vibration feeder five units. Placement rate is 4,000cph and accuracy ±0.02mm, and placement area 290x1,500mm.

Hangzhou Neoden owns more than 50 patents for its pick-and-place machines. It exports to more than 110 countries and has over 30 overseas agents.
