Liaoning Zlion Energy Co. Ltd’s model ZL7280-3653-2328 is a rechargeable battery pack for electric tricycles and golf carts. It has 60.8V nominal voltage, 80Ah nominal capacity, 47.5V discharge and 69V charge cutoff voltages, 30A maximum and 100A continuous charge current, and 50A peak and 150A continuous discharge current. This battery pack supports constant-current or -voltage charging and can withstand 4,000 to 6,000 cycles. Charging and discharging temperatures are 0 to 45 C and -20 to 60 C.

Analyst’s comment: Shipments of battery packs for electric vehicles are expected to reach about 10 million units by the end of 2022. This is projected to hit 30 million in 2027, according to Juniper Research.
