Model AMSPCB2023050802 from Shenzhen Ams Electronic Technology Co. Ltd is a PCB with up to 12 layers, 0.4 to 3.5mm thickness and 500x600mm maximum board size. It uses FR-4, CEM-3, CEM-1, aluminum, halogen-free or ceramic base material and has a minimum finished drilled hole size of 0.25mm.

The minimum line and space for gold plating is 0.1mm, and the outer and inner layer copper thickness 0.5 to 2oz. In terms of solder mask color, the options are green, black, red and white, with legend color in green, white, red, yellow or black.
