PCB assembly for welding machines

Shenzhen Tramtto Technology Co. Ltd’s TR-00146 is a PCB assembly for welding machines. It has an FR-4 board with six layers, ENIG surface treatment, green solder mask and white silk-screen. Its thickness is 1.6mm. The components used are sourced according to customers’ requirements and are mounted using SMT, through-hole or mixed processes. This PCBA is RoHS-compliant.

Shenzhen Tramtto can handle as small as 01005 and 0201 components, with mounting accuracy of ±0.035mm. It conducts visual and X-ray inspection, AOI and functional testing. The supplier has the manufacturing capability for PCBs as well.
