Multilayer rigid-flex PCB

JVD Industry Co. Ltd markets the JVD-RF032, a PCB with eight rigid and flexible layers.

The supplier has manufacturing capability for up to 30-layer boards using FR-1, FR-2, FR-4, CEM-1, CEM-3, high-Tg or halogen-free FR-4 base material and 0.5 to 6oz copper. Boards have a thickness of 0.35 to 3mm and may have HASL, lead-free HASL, HAL, chemical tin and gold, immersion silver and gold, OSP or gold plating surface finish. The typical minimum drilled hole size is 0.25mm and the minimum line width and 4mil.

JVD has two factories and can output 30,000sqm FR-4 PCBs and 15,000sqm MCPCBs every month. Osram and Selux are among the company’s major customers.
