HDI PCB with up to 36 layers

Topfast (Guangdong) Technology Co. Ltd offers the HDI PCB-0731, which can have up to 36 layers. This 0.4 to 3mm-thick HDI PCB has FR-4, highTg FR-4 or polyimide base material, 0.5 to 6oz copper and ENIG, HASL, OSP, ENEPIG or flash gold surface treatment. The minimum hole size is 0.1 to 6.5mm, and the minimum line width and spacing 3mil. Solder mask options are green, black, blue, red and matte green, and legend white, black, red and yellow. This board is made according to the IPC-A-600 standard.

ISO 14001- and 9001-compliant Topfast markets products under its own brand but also provides OEM services. It exports at least 95 percent of output.
