HDI PCB for high-frequency applications

For high-frequency applications, this HDI PCB from Zitrok Electronics Co. Ltd, the Zitrok-PCB202303029, has two- to 24-layer rigid and one- to 10-layer rigid-flex boards with inner and outer line width and spacing of 0.003mm or 0.11811024mil and 0.004mm or 0.15748031mil. The through-hole finished size is 0.006in or 0.1524mm and buried via 0.004in or 0.1016mm.

Options in terms of base materials are FR-4, high-Tg, Rogers, halogen-free, Teflon and polyimide. Surface finish may be ENIG, OSP or immersion silver or tin. Finished board thickness ranges from 0.016 to 0.12in or 0.4064 to 3.048mm.

This HDI PCB supports BGA soldering. It undergoes AOI, 100 percent visual inspection and E-testing.
