The LT-881-New from Shantou New Starlight Plastics Co. Ltd is a fluorescent highlighter with 4.5mm writing width. It is water-based, nontoxic, and suitable for use on windows, mirrors, plastic surfaces, menu boards, LED boards, chalkboards and bistro boards.
