Poe Precision Electronics Co. Ltd offers the ALPCB-311 for LED applications. This aluminum board may have one to 22 layers and 0.5 to 6oz copper. Its minimum line width and spacing are 3.5 and 4mil, and minimum hole size is 0.15mm if made with mechanical drilling or 4mil with laser drilling.

Various base materials, solder mask colors and surface finish options are available, depending on requirements.
