48V, 100Ah LiFePO4 battery pack

SVJRON’s model 48V-100Ah-5-9759 is a LiFePO₄ battery pack for automated guided vehicle robots and power storage applications. Its maximum voltage is 54.75±10V, minimum voltage 37.5V±1V, maximum transient current ≤120A, continuous operating current ≤100A and charging current ≤30A.

This battery pack, in a sheet metal housing, has built-in BMS for overcharge, -discharge, -current, short-circuit, disconnection and temperature protection, and voltage equalization. It can withstand more than 3,000 cycles. Dimensions are 225x442x500mm and weight is ≤48kg. Versions using Li-ion or lead-acid batteries are also available.

Power supply specialist SVJRON has a monthly production of 10,000 units and exports at least 90 percent of output worldwide. It is compliant with ISO 14001:2004, 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009.
